Allergen statement

All our bread is handmade in our small, self contained bakehouse using quality, locally sourced ingredients. Our bread contains wheat flour and as such is unsuitable for anyone with coeliac disease or gluten intolerance.

The basic ingredients contain no additional additives, preservatives, artificial flavourings or colourings and any additional ingredients are listed on our website for each type of loaf. Our bread does not contain any nuts but occasionally one or more added ingredients (e.g. herbs) may have been packed on premises that handle nuts (including peanuts), soya, sesame & products containing gluten. If in doubt please get in touch with us.

We hope, in the future, to explore the possibility of wheat free options, but we understand the issues surrounding gluten intolerance (our daughter has Coeliac disease) and will only take this step when we are sure we have a viable and safe product.
